(1) Electro galvanized iron wire

We can supply electro galvanized iron wire processed with low carbon steel

wire, through drawing and electric galvanizing.

Standard wire gauge:

Range from BWG8 to BWG28.

Technical/Mechanical characters:

Zinc coating: 10g - 40g/sq.m

T.S: 300-550Mpa,

Packing:

0.5KG - 500KGS/COIL, inner plastic, outside gunny or weaving bag.

Application:

Used in weaving wire mesh, binding, construction building

(2) Hot dipped galvanized iron wire

We can supply super quality hot dipped galvanized wire made of low carbon

steel and high carbon steel.

Technical/Mechanical Characters:

Material: SAE1006/1008, Q195/235 SAE1050/1065

Zinc coating:

Commercial grade :> 60grams/sq.m

Heavy coating: 200grams/sq.m---260grams/sq.m

Diameter range: BWG 8--- BWG 25

T.S.: 300---550Mpa

Packing: 0.5---50 kg per coil

Plastic inside and Hessian woven or woven bags woven outside

Application: This kind of wire is extensively used in construction, woven mesh,

(3)Black annealed wire

Material: made by high quality low carbon steel wire through the process of wire drawing,acid washing,rust removing and annealing.

Feature: can offer excellent flexility and plasticity,can be used widely .

Application: widely used in construction,handcraft,weaving wire mesh,products packing and daily use.

Others can be made according to customer's request.

(4)PVC Coated iron wire

Color: Dark green,Light green,White,black,etc.

Size:inner diameter : From 0.5mm to 4mm ,Outer Diameter 1.0mm-5.0mm

Packing: inner plastic ,outer with woven bags or at coustomer's requirement.

(5)Loop Tie wire

Loop tie wire is available in length from 3" to 24"

Material : black annealed wire,galvanized wire ,pvc coated wire and so  on .

Uses: mainly used in construction ,garden and so on .we can also produce particular standard according to customers' requirement.
